Charter price:            2210 EURO – 1 week 16/08-23/08/2005

Payment:                    Deposit of 50% - 1255 Euro within 7 days upon completion of charter agreement, 50% latest 30 days prior to taking over the yacht on the following account: XXXXXX  Security refundable deposit of 1500 Euro for the yacht insurance needs to be paid at the base in cash or by credit card and will be refunded if no damage.  Spinnaker, Outboard Engine, Skipper not included in the price.  Transit Log (End Cleaning) of the yacht is subject to additional 90 Euro charge payable only in cash and at the base.

Crew:                           For bareboat yacht charter at least one member of the party must produce evidence as to their competence to skipper the yacht. Evidence of competence must be produced to this office as soon as possible after booking to ensure a smooth hand over. Copies should also be available on embarkation. Should this not be forthcoming or should the base feel the safety of the yacht is in question the company reserves the right to allocate a skipper to the yacht and charge as per our price list.

The following terms and conditions (pages 2-5) are the consistent part of this Charter Contract and it is certified by signatures.
