Market situation:
Similar to the situation in Britain
or anywhere else in Europe every city and town in Croatia has got its
'secret' districts where the best properties are to be found. Here
is important to note that apart from the Adriatic coast, we will not be
offering properties anywhere else. We will be offering land for
commercial purposes in other cities, most notably Zagreb, the capital
but for this you will have to contact us directly as no information will
be displayed on the website.
Prices:
On the other
side, Adriatic coast is full of small but vibrant and modern cities,
towns and villages. The quality of homes, independent of when they
were built is second to none. Yet, the prices for properties in the
area are more than affordable for the British who are used to pay much
higher prices not only in the UK, but on other sunny destinations, such
as France or even Spain. Just for a sole comparison purpose, a
decent 2 bedroom holiday home in Spain would cost you at least £70,000.
In Croatia, you can become an owner of a Villa for the same amount of
money. Already for less then £50.000 you can be an owner of a high
quality, family house, only 2 and 1/2 hours away from your home in
Britain. There are also numerous new developments ongoing and for
those with interest in business, many hotels are also available for
sale.
