On request, We can arrange a yacht charter for you at a location of your choice  !!

1. First you need to contact us or complete the Charter Request giving us information about your yacht requirements and dates you have available for holiday.

2. We will then contact you to confirm the price & availability of your requested yacht.  As an independent organisation, we will always aim to offer you at least 2 or even 3 options and advise you on the best and most recommended yacht.

3. Once you are happy with the boat and the offer, we will usually place an option on your yacht, with no commitment or payment from you, for a minimum period of 7 days. This may be necessary for you to organise your travel arrangements get approval from your crew and for us to prepare your charter agreement and post it to you for your signature.

Please bear in mind that The Charter Agreement is approved by the relevant Ministry of Merchant Marine and protects your interests under that countries law and is a legal requirement for all yacht charters in each country.

Once we have received you signed agreement together with 50% deposit your charter booking is firm. Balance is due 5-6 weeks prior to the start of your charter.

How do I pay?

Your initial deposit can be paid, in Euros, £ sterling, or $ US Dollars, by bank transfer. Please contact us for our bank account details.  When taking the boat over you will also be required to pay a refundable security deposit.  At times, we may also be able to take your credit card as the deposit, however this is guaranteed.

What is the Refundable Security Deposit?

This sum, usually between 1000-5000 Euro, is payable locally, by traveller cheques, cash or credit card (in either local currency, Sterling, Euros or US Dollars), at time of embarkation. If you return the yacht in the same condition as you took her (similar to rent-a-car inspection), your Security Deposit will be refunded before you leave. Should there be any equipment loss or damage, the cost of replacement or repair will be deducted and the balance returned. Normal wear & tear is, of course, and in any case accepted.
