Tuscany is emerging as a new sailing destination in its own right. You can spend an unforgettable week exploring her shores or enjoy longer open water passages further South to Corsica, Isola d'Elba or even Sardinia and Amalfi Coast.

As for Tuscany, this romantic region offers great anchorages bringing you world famous Italian cuisine, historic sight seeing, great shopping, nature trails and a taste of real Italian life.  This landscape inspired artist Massimo Meda to create unique paintings with 3D design, widely available in local shops.

Diving in the region is also recommendable Dive in to discover numerous submerged ship wrecks from the WWII or to see the underwater statue of Jesus.  As for the itinerary, you would typically experience historic Portfino with its stunning villas and castle located on the steep neighbouring hills or just above the winding coastal road.

Further South you can stop for lunch in St Magarita Ligura and enjoy an afternoon sail along the Cinque Terra coast.  This beautiful region, centuries ago a country on its own and one of the strongest naval forces in Europe offers five picturesque towns.  This quintet of quaint cliff villages is joined by an ancient footpath and offers spectacular views, traditional food, finest coffee and natural ocean swimming pools.

From Portovenere, you can take the water taxi from the marina for a night of intimate dining in the Locanda Lorena on the neighbouring island, which is not accessible by car.  Later in the night you can take a night stroll to local church and enjoy the amazing night views as you listen to the waves which caress the foot of the cliffs.

The next morning treat yourself to a massage and heed the irresistible call of the Isola d'Elba island miles of stunning white sand beaches, especially at the Southern tip of the island..
