Island Murter - ACI MARINA ''JEZERA'' 43° 47.1' N - 15° 39.2' E
ACI marina lies in the southern
part of Jezera Bay. It is protected by a breakwater on the eastern side. The
marina has five piers. Reception, exchange
office, restaurant, toilets and showers, repair shop, 10 t crane, parking
lot, sailing school. The gas station is at the operating pier near the
marina.
Jezera is a bay situated on the north-eastern coast of the island of
Murter. Its name derives from the Croatian word "jezera"
(lakes) that the large ponds in karst recesses resemble after heavy
rainfall. This is an exception though in the summer when the area offers
plenty of sun, a magnificent beach, freshly caught fish served in the
many restaurants and a very pleasant way of vacationing. Those fond of
sailing can take their chance in the sailing school, while more
experienced sailors can discover the beauties of the island's attractive
coves. Jezera is also a port of departure for sailing towards the
Kornati Islands. CAUTION: Any suggested itinerary or route and information provided are not substitute for pilot books and marine charts. We refuse to accept any responsibility for any loss or damage caused by holding on suggested routes or information provided.
